Gextra is the first Italian company in this sector to obtain Ethical Certification for credit recoverty. Gextra is certified Ethical Debt Collection, the new standard developed by LifeGate and SAI Global, an international certification body, which guarantees transparency and ethics in the process of credit recovery.

The Ethical Debt Collection tandard for sustainable credit recovery, unique on the international market, certifies that collection activities are ethical and sustainable, and at the same time it legitimates socially responsible operators.

The certification system evaluates two important processes that are part of Gextra‘s business activities: tax collection, through a national network of associates, and phone collection.

To achieveEthical Debt Collection Gextra has gone beyond the normal constraints of criteria that take all stages of the credit recovery process into consideration, from customer management to the relationship with the individual debtor. The company has obtained the “Gold” rating, the highest of the three levels that the certification can recognise.
