Gextra is the first Italian company in this sector to obtain Ethical Certification for credit recoverty. Gextra is certified Ethical Debt Collection, the new standard developed by LifeGate and SAI Global, an international certification body, which guarantees transparency and ethics in the process of credit recovery.
The Ethical Debt Collection tandard for sustainable credit recovery, unique on the international market, certifies that collection activities are ethical and sustainable, and at the same time it legitimates socially responsible operators.
The certification system evaluates two important processes that are part of Gextra‘s business activities: tax collection, through a national network of associates, and phone collection.
To achieveEthical Debt Collection Gextra has gone beyond the normal constraints of criteria that take all stages of the credit recovery process into consideration, from customer management to the relationship with the individual debtor. The company has obtained the “Gold” rating, the highest of the three levels that the certification can recognise.
“Francesca Carafa, CEO of Gextra, says, “We are aware that in many cases our work in the field of credit recovery regards individual situations and social dynamics that require a sense of responsibility, care and respect, as well as the ability to develop positive relationships – both with the companies who hire us and with the people, families and companies with whom we create a dialogue. This is why, for several years now, we have initiated a process of social responsibility and environmental sustainability that aims to enable and empower Gextra to operate in an ethical manner in regard to all stakeholders and to improve the environmental impact of the Company, constantly aiming for maximum customer satisfaction. We have therefore adopted an integrated management system that is certified both for quality (UNI EN ISO9001/2008) and for social responsibility (SA8000/2014), and it is based on international standards and norms on human rights and on national labour laws”.
Gextra is committed to improving the ethical sustainability of credit recovery in full compliance with the requirements of the Standard and also to implementing a policy of ethical and social responsibility in credit recovery within its management system.
